Żurawia 6/12/745, 00-503 Warsaw, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under KRS No. 0001024383, NIP No. 5342661931, REGON No. 524696964 (hereinafter: “LIONSHARP STUDIOS”), is the controller, within the meaning of the GDPR, of personal data collected from Website users, including in connection with: browsing the Website pages; sending a message via the contact form; correspondence conducted by e-mail; using buttons, links or plugins redirecting to social media services and external portfolio platforms; managing consents for cookies and similar technologies; and using the Website’s technical functions, including its security mechanisms, logs and statistics.

  1. PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASES FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
    • LIONSHARP STUDIOS collects only such personal data as are necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data were collected. If additional optional information is required, LIONSHARP STUDIOS will inform you of this before collecting such information.

      7. for analytical and statistical purposes – in such case, the legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of LIONSHARP STUDIOS (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), consisting in analysing user activity and preferences in order to improve the functionalities used and the services provided;

    • If you have given your consent to the processing of data for marketing purposes, such consent may be withdrawn by you at any time.
    • A person providing their personal data to LIONSHARP STUDIOS has the right to request that LIONSHARP STUDIOS erase without undue delay the personal data concerning them, and LIONSHARP STUDIOS is obliged to erase such personal data without undue delay if one of the circumstances referred to in Article 17(1) GDPR applies.
    • Persons providing their personal data to LIONSHARP STUDIOS have the right to request restriction of the processing of personal data in the cases indicated in Article 18(1) GDPR.
    • You may object to the processing of personal data on the basis of Article 6(1)(e) or (f) GDPR. In such case, LIONSHARP STUDIOS will cease processing such personal data unless it demonstrates compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject, or grounds for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

    • Personal data are stored using technical and organisational measures ensuring the protection of processed data in compliance with the requirements laid down by generally applicable data protection laws. Access to the data is granted only to persons authorised by the controller.
    • LIONSHARP STUDIOS applies appropriate procedures to protect personal data against unauthorised loss, misuse, alteration or destruction. LIONSHARP STUDIOS makes every effort to ensure that access to users’ personal data is limited to persons who need to know such information.
